Blakehill Whinchats......

5 Sep - The last day of summer weather? A surprisingly good count of 5 Whinchats (3-5) along the central fence at Blakehill this morning, also a Redstart in the bushes, and a female Reed Bunting. Green and Great Spotted Woodpeckers seen in flight, also at least 4 Whitethroats by the car park. Photos JM, taken in the evening sunlight.
