Stilt Sandpiper.......

1 Sep - Excellent views of a superb moulting adult Stilt Sandpiper at Neumann's Flash, still some barring on the underparts, and traces of the chestnut cap and upperparts. Slender elongated build with decurved bill. Also 6 Ruff present. My 5th Stilt Sand in the UK. Photo, courtesy of Birdforum.
