Hoopoe in Glos! (and a Spoonbill in Dorset)

10 May - a visit to Cotswold Edge Golf Club, near Wotton-under-Edge, eventually revealed the Hoopoe sheltering and feeding under a shelter belt of pines near the clubhouse, during rather inclement weather. It has been present for several days.

7 May - a visit to the hide at Middlebere in Poole Harbour gave nice views of the first-summer Spoonbill still present.
