White's Thrush.....

27 Sept - this is a fantastic photo of an amazing and charismatic bird, the White's Thrush on Fair Isle on 25th, by Steve Arlow.....no, I didn't see it! I have seen one in Britain, on Scilly, and several in Asia......incidentally, the 25th was my dear Grandmother's 100th birthday, and she duly received a very nice card from the queen.....
